Terms & Conditions — 662bdt Platform Rules

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 662bdt Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 662bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, and to withhold any funds pending investigation.

The 662bdt Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 662bdt makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 662bdt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus balances, and may result in the withholding of real-money balances pending investigation.

The following persons are not permitted to hold a 662bdt account or to use the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 662bdt or its game providers
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual without prior written authorisation from 662bdt

When registering an account on 662bdt, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

662bdt may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. This may include a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or mobile financial service account statement. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the 662bdt Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 662bdt customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 662bdt will never contact you to ask for your full password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any other sensitive credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are compromised — before you notify us — remains your responsibility.

You may request the closure of your 662bdt account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no investigation is pending.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 662bdt finance team. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within approximately five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 662bdt account holder. 662bdt reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 662bdt account are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 662bdt reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold balances where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal funding.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 662bdt are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be restricted to certain games, payment methods, or geographic regions within Bangladesh. 662bdt's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering requirement calculations are final.

All bets placed on 662bdt are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirmation. 662bdt will not reverse a correctly placed bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a demonstrable technical error occurred on the Platform's side.

Bets may be declared void by 662bdt in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event; the settlement of odds that were clearly published in error; technical failures that materially affected the integrity of a game outcome; or evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's system as recorded on their servers. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 662bdt is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform downtime or interruption.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, game outcome display, or balance calculation, 662bdt reserves the right to void affected bets and correct balances to reflect the accurate position. 662bdt will not honour winnings that resulted from a clearly erroneous technical malfunction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 662bdt's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

662bdt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm. Nothing in these Terms limits 662bdt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
